after doing this step create inside shadow for the item which you created outside the shadow and then simplify that shadow made and then select that made shadow and go to the transparency tool which is located in the left side of the toolbox, and after this the choice is yours how much transparency you want so after doing all this you will see this result which I uploaded a picture of the result,
