Weak hair can be detected by symptoms such as brittleness, wilting, and thinning. In addition, severe dryness or excessive oiliness can be a sign of weak hair. 

So as you know everyone focused on their hair when they got weak hair, so this problem occurs many times from their parents and many times from hormonal factors, so the problem is here many persons are facing with it when they teens so this problem gonna be so annoying to happen.

I will mention the main problems, the first problem is a genetic problem which happens from parents to child and the second problem is facing with fewer vitamins which our body blend need it and the third problem is less activity or sports.

By the way, we have to eat vitamin A, B, C, D, E, Iron, and more so I will tell every vitamin in a row:

  • Vitamin A foods: Eggs, Skim milk, orange, vegetables and fruits, spinach, dark green leaves.
  • Vitamin B foods: Milk, Cheese, Eggs, Liver, Kidney, Fish, green vegetables.
  • Vitamin C Foods: broccoli, potatoes, blackcurrants, strawberries, orange, every fruit which are sour have vitamin c.
  • Vitamin D Foods: Fish, salmon, liver, egg yolks or yellow of the egg, red meat.
  • Vitamin E Foods: sunflower seeds, almonds, peanuts, pumpkin, red bell paper, green spinach.
