What is the main goal to avoid from being overweight

As you know overweight is the worst thing which everyone hates, so before we being obese we have to do something before it happens, If you know the one who has more weight everyone hates it and one thing another no one wants him if they are women or men, men hate fate women.

Unlike women hate fate men so this is the problem which 40 percent or 2.8 million of peoples are infected by this worst virus, from this percentage 79 percent of peoples have a heart attack or heart disease, some peoples are fate from when they are born and some are not staying on there shapes because of they eat more and more foods.

If you know many peoples stay in shape every time because of they are looking for their weight, so by my experience the one who is staying in shape and the one who is not staying in shape they are different because the one who is staying in shape that person looks like elder then the one who is not staying in shape even they might have age difference even 10 years, that is everyone publishing articles to avoid from this worst disease.

Kids have to do the activity at least 5 minutes a day and also every adult should have the most activity 300 minutes in a week or half a week, so one important thing which everyone should focus on this that they should play a game such as a football, cricket, human running race, Red Light, Green Light, Wacky Laps, Criss-Cross Relay, Band-Aid Tag and also more known games which should have tired the humans.

Which foods should we eat all the time?

Morning: Water with fresh lemon, soya bean milk, fruit water, tea or coffee, Egg, Bread, Rice milk, herbal tea.

Day: Salad with cheese, apple, dry bread, herbal tea, meat, fish, olive with lemon.

Night: Fried bean with peas, Coffee, dry bread, salad, plum, fruit salad, yogurt, vegetables, potatoes.
